Stage 1.
Our journey together begins with an in-depth coaching call, where we'll explore your preferences, aversions, and objectives in your fitness journey.
Stage 2.
Next, I'll craft a bespoke training and or nutrition programme. The nutrition programme will be delivered via email and the training programme is accessible through the easy-to-use app "True Coach" on your smartphone. This platform has video demonstrations for every exercise and a dedicated space to track your achievements, you can be sure I'll be with you every step of the way.
Stage 3.
To ensure you stay driven and committed, we'll touch base twice a week via WhatsApp, offering you expert advice, fostering discipline, and keeping you on track to reach your goals.
We will also have a 1 x hour zoom session during the month to make improvements to your sleep and stress management.
We'll assess your progress monthly, so you can feel confident that your investment in yourself is paying off for.
